An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists this morning in Mochwa area of Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir. One terrorist was killed in this encounter. Weapons like AK-47 and pistol were recovered from the slain terrorist. Giving information about the encounter, Kashmir Zone Police said, "Encounter has started in Mochwa area of Budgam, police and security forces are doing their work.
